AI-powered NPS analysis
AI NPS analysis: one click turns filtered responses into a summary, causes of low scores, concrete fixes and signal chips. Standard and Premium.
AI NPS analysis is the headline reason to collect scores in Hubbo. You do not have to read every comment yourself: filter the responses you care about, hit analyze, and Hubbo returns a report — what is going on, likely causes of low scores, concrete things to fix, and the patterns that stand out. Available on Standard and Premium.
From scores to a plan in seconds
AI prioritizes low scores (0 to 6), folds in page, device, connection and other context, and writes causes and solutions you can act on — then you verify against the underlying responses.
Running an analysis
- Open NPS → AI analyses.
- Choose the filters that define which responses to include (for example last 30 days, mobile only, one page).
- Start the analysis. It may take a few seconds.
- Read the result and, if useful, keep it for later or delete it.
What you get

How it works
Hubbo selects up to 40 responses from the ones that match your filters, prioritizing low scores, and sends them to an external AI model provider to generate the report. Responses are sent with their score, comment and context fields, without your visitors’ names or contact details, which Hubbo does not collect for NPS. Each saved analysis is stored in your account.
Treat it as guidance
AI NPS analysis is a strong starting point. It reads a sample, not every response, and it can miss nuance. Check the underlying responses before you act.
