Status page overview

A public status page with components, incidents, maintenance and email subscribers, one per account.

The status page tells your customers whether your service is working. You post incidents and scheduled maintenance by hand in the admin app and Hubbo turns them into a public page.

One page per account

Each Hubbo account has exactly one status page. It is created automatically the first time you open the Status Page section. If you run several products, use one Hubbo account per product, and group services into components inside each page.

Uptime is based on your incidents

The uptime bars on the page are computed from the incidents and maintenance recorded in Hubbo over the last 90 days. Hubbo does not read data from external monitoring tools. If no incident is recorded, the day counts as up.

AI Translation

Add a locale and click Generate Translation — Hubbo fills status copy from your main language on the public URL and embed. Empty fields fall back to main. See Translations and languages. For the in-product embed language API, see Set visitor language.

Health monitors

Under Health monitors you can add an HTTP check (name, URL, method, interval, timeout and linked components). Hubbo opens an incident automatically after two failed checks in a row and resolves it after two successful checks. Monitor URLs must be public http:// or https:// addresses: localhost, private network ranges, link-local and cloud metadata addresses are rejected and never probed.

Getting online

  1. Add components in Components.
  2. Open Appearance, set the name and description and enable the page.
  3. Copy the public URL or embed it. See Embedding the status page.
  4. When something happens, create an incident or maintenance.

The public URL is https://app.hubbo.io/status/ plus your account key. Visitors who open it can count as a page view for your account (once per browser session).
