NPS responses and events

Read, filter and understand the votes, comments and dismissals collected by the NPS widget.

Every interaction with the NPS widget is recorded. You see the interesting ones under NPS → Responses and the full interaction log under NPS → Events.

What is stored with a response

  • The score (0 to 10) and the optional comment.
  • The date and the page (origin URL) where the visitor was.
  • Context sent by the browser: country, device type, language, operating system, browser, screen size, connection type and referrer.

Filtering

The Responses page can be filtered by date range, score, page, country, device, operating system and whether the response contains a comment. The same filters scope AI NPS analysis — see AI-powered NPS analysis.

Events

The Events page lists each interaction as Vote, Vote + Comment or Close, with the time and the page. Closing the widget without voting is recorded as an event but is not a response, so it does not use your monthly NPS response allowance.

Reading the data

  • Start with detractors that include a comment: they are the quickest way to find problems.
  • Filter by page to see which parts of your product are driving low scores.
  • Compare devices: a low score on mobile can point to a layout problem rather than a product problem.

Limits

Recorded NPS votes are limited per plan each month (Free 50, Standard 5,000, Premium 50,000). Once reached, new votes from your website are not saved. See Plans and limits.
