Publish, share and embed a roadmap

Publish a roadmap, get its public link and embed it in your site as an iframe or with the Web Component.

Once your roadmap is ready, publish it. The Share & embed panel in the editor then unlocks the public page and embed snippets.

Publish

Set the roadmap state to Published and save.
Open Share & embed. Until you publish, the panel shows a “Not published yet” notice.

Three ways to share

Method	What you get
Standalone page	A public link: https://app.hubbo.io/roadmap/{your key}/{roadmap id}. Copy it or open it.
iframe	An iframe snippet pointing at the same page with ?embed=1, sized from your embed height and corner radius.
Web Component	A script tag that mounts the board inside an element on your page, selected by its ID.

Type the ID of your container in the panel and the snippet updates for you. The snippet takes the account key, roadmap id and mount parameters, and supports mode=iframe if you prefer an iframe rendered by the component. Full details in Roadmap embed.

One Hubbo script per page

The roadmap script tag uses the same id as the main embed script. If you also run notifications, NPS or surveys on the same page, use the iframe snippet for the roadmap.

Updating a published roadmap

Edit the roadmap and save. Visitors get the new version when they load the page. Switch it back to Draft or Archived to take it offline.

Public means public

Anyone with the link can read the roadmap. Do not include confidential plans, customer names or internal estimates.
